when tongues is best

Tongues is the best option in a Church service if it is INTERPRETED (by the use of the gift of Interpreting Tongues) and spoken in an ordered, understandable way. The one speaking out the tongue must be sure it is God's message and His timing and even be prepared to interpret themselves.

It is an abuse of Tongues to speak it out in a public gathering where unbelievers are present (or even non-Charismatic Christians) and not have an interpretation.
