FORTUNATUS

[for chuh NAY tus] (fortunate)-- a Christian of Corinth who, along with Stephanas and Achaicus, encouraged and comforted the apostle Paul at Ephesus <1 Cor. 16:17>. These three men possibly carried Paul's letter (1 Corinthians) with them when they returned to Corinth.
