Location: Gibeon Description: The city of Gibeon was built upon this hill in the middle of the Central Benjamin Plain. Because of its strategic location, the Gibeonites knew that Joshua would certainly destroy them so they deceived Joshua and made a treaty with Israel (Joshua 9). |
